flex desks
it is possible to book a daily flex desk at firma. preferably by booking online.
passing by and declaring your arrival at the firma welcome desk is also possible.
be aware there is limited capacity of desk available to avoid overcrowding.we only offer full day desks, as part of our new safety policy.
1 desk per person/per day, in order to reduce touchpoints as much as we can.
visits
you can ask for a tour at firma by making an appointment with our hosts (hello@workatfirma.be). always keeping the general covid-19 measures in mind.
meetings & events
small meetings and gatherings are still safely possible at firma, only and always when respecting the measures. enough distance must be a guarantee.
contact us via hello@wokratfirma.be or book your meeting room online.as mandated by the belgian government all larger events must go through an eventscan, some will be postponed until further notice.
cancellation policy
different times call for different measures.
in case of cancellations from your side, sickness, or other circumstances, we ask you to contact us 7 working days before the meeting/event takes place. we only make the exception for general force of the majority (when the government decides for us, and/or for the costumer that the event may not take place).
when the event was cancelled on the customer side, taking the asked time frame into account (7 days), the deposit of 50% can be used again within 1 year after the original date of the event.
